A PERSONAL NOTE

I am passionate about my work with Hospice. Most of us wait until our final days to evaluate our lives. Fear of how we may or may not have lived slow our transition. It is my job to assist people thru the dying process. I am able to help people find the answers they need to lovingly move on. The most important thing I can say is LOVE is stronger than death. We are forever connected through LOVE.

TESTIMONIALS

“Carol has the great ability to intuit what is most important to her clients and to connect with compassion, skill and patience. She is a calm and steadying presence at the most tender and vulnerable moments, and she truly understands the human spirit.”
Marcy Leach, PhD, CT Bereavement Coordinator

“Carol’s spiritual nourishment gave my family strength and peace as we attended to our mother during her Hospice stay. We felt enlightened by her insight that leaving the body isn’t dying but awakening, and we will be forever grateful to her for enriching us all during our mother’s last days.”
Kathleen Kelly Hajack, Family Member

“ I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed and appreciated your visit a couple of weeks ago. My cancer journey has been a real gift and has made me recognize so many things I’d of missed I’d stayed “well”, whatever that is. I’ve become very aware of spiritual energy and emotional contentment in some of the people I’ve met along this road and count you among these.

I’m so glad you are working in the Hospice community. I can’t imagine anyone more suited to it. You have truly found your calling and I’m happy that the staff, family and residents of your Hospice have you as a resource. You changed my attitude toward death, or transition and I have thought about you often.”
Much respect and thanks,
Ron DeWees, Hospice Patient

“Carol and her gift guided me and so many of our patients and families to comfort. For 16 years I have been privileged to work as a Hospice nurse, 7 of those along side Carol in her capacity as volunteer. She was extremely helpful offering guidance to grieving families to help them understand their loved one’s journey. Her ability to sense the emotions and memories of the patient when she sits and meditates with them, gives her the knowledge to help her provide comfort and hope for peace.”
Debbie Mahovlich, RN – Hospice Nurse

Carol Neustadt is a one of a kind human being. She is one of the most compassionate, loving and intuitive people I have ever met. I know her from working at Hospice Atlanta. Just her presence , her voice and her gentle touch can make anybody forget their problems and feel at peace. Simply talking to her releases stress. I personally don’t now how she does it but it is a true gift.
Anyone who meets her loves her immediately. She’s one of the most valued people I have ever met.
Wendy Gleason, RN CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse)

“I was at Hospice last week when you visited my friend. (I’m the one who was so grateful for your words that shifted her perspective on our presence in the room) I was immediately soothed and encouraged by your presence. I know my friend would have loved you, and I love that you and she were able to connect. She transitioned early Saturday morning. Saturday night the sisters had a gratitude fire “
