I assist and empower individuals and families to make the choices that best suit their needs and wishes at the end of life.
Making decisions and managing all of the information at this important time, can be overwhelming and confusing.
I walk clients and families through all of their options, advocate for the services that they choose and make sure that quality care is delivered at every stage of their journey.
Where needed, I have developed a vast network of professionals and services over many years to make referrals and network for the needs of my clients.
A PERSONAL NOTE
I am passionate about what we can create for end-of-life care that makes this final passage peaceful, comfortable and meaningful.
All too often while working in hospice, I have seen patients and families come to the end-of-life, unprepared, fearful and yet still having to manage the overwhelming flow of information and decisions without support.
Often with just a conversation, and a bit of connection throughout the journey, many fears are allayed, and a clear path can be determined for the way in which a client and their loved ones can maximize their time together.
How blessed am I to be able to spend time in the presence of love and connection?
